Ashley Nicole
Carey (Head Coach)
Hey CROCS! I am super excited about coming back for my 4th year as Head Coach with AshCreek. I am also excited about working with our other coaches who I have had the opportunity of working with all of them over the years. I started swimming when I was in elementary school and began coaching at 15. I coached for Milestone and Kings Charter as well as coached for Burkwood when I was in High School. I graduated from Longwood University in 2007 and this past May received my teacher's license from the University of Richmond. I cannot wait to see you all again as well as meet our new families! GO CROCS!

Josh Armentrout (Assistant Coach)
I started out swimming at the age of 6 and started coaching at 15 I have
work with many different teams though out the years. I was the head coach of
Milestone and Atlee as well as coaching for BAC for 5 years. After taking a two
year break I’m coming back to the sport and look forward to working with
everyone.
Ben Catanese (Junior Coach)
I am very excited
to be returning to the coaching staff this summer. My family moved to
AshCreek in 2000 and this summer will be my 9th one participating on the
AshCreek swim team. I swim for Burkwood Aquatic Club and I am in my 9th
year of year round swimming. I have
competed at Junior Nationals in Orlando,
Florida. I graduated this past year from Maggie Walker
Governor’s School and I am attending Cornell
University in Ithaca, New York
next year. I had an awesome time coaching last year. I am looking forward to working and swimming
with all of you again this summer, and having an even more successful and fun
season than last year.
