Important Information for Parents
- If you have any questions, we encourage you to check the Ashcreek Crocs website. The website provides a wealth of information including practice, meet and workerboard schedules.
- In order for our swim meets to run smoothly, timely and be fun-filled for our children, your required volunteer commitments (workerboard) are very important to everyone. If you are unable to work your slot, please find a replacement and contact Michelle Robey (550-2026) with the change.
- If you have any questions or concerns regarding workerboard or an emergency situation arises on a day you are scheduled to work, please contact Michelle Robey. No-shows for workerboard will result in a penalty for your children where they will not be allowed to compete in their next scheduled meet.
- Enclosed in the registration packet are descriptions for each worker board position.
- GRAL’s rule regarding drinking at swim meets states that “no person officiating or working a GRAL swim meet shall be allowed to partake of OR be under the influence of ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES OR ILLEGAL DRUGS during the meet.
- SAFETY FIRST – All children must be able to swim a lap of the pool before competing.
- Please be aware that ALL OF THE PARKING LOT is reserved for parking for the away team.
- Seating will be available in the circle area in front of the clubhouse. If you choose to sit in this area, DO NOT allow children to climb on the trees. AshCreek families can also sit on the sidewalk around the pool. Please do not sit or play on the tennis courts or landscaped areas.
